Location & Work Mode

Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven
Junior Recruiter (available for an Intern-to-Full-Time track or immediate Full-Time entry-level role) to join our growing HR team. If you are passionate about people, eager to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and want to help build the teams that power a high-growth health-tech startup, this is the perfect launchpad for your career.
You will work closely with senior HR team members to source, screen, and onboard top-tier talent, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and startup HR operations.
Roles And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus hiring).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, and assess candidate alignment with VMax values and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in building and maintaining active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and internal employee referral programs.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success on day one.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment dashboards, and HR documentation.
- Support the HR team in organizing internal employee engagement activities and culture-building events.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Freshers with a strong drive to learn recruitment, or candidates who have completed previous HR internships, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a quick adaptability to modern recruitment tools/job portals.
- Traits: High energy, proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the health-tech/wellness space.
