Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter & Admin based in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing administrative tasks such as payroll and compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role also involves coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs and implementing strategies to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll processing, and compliance requirements
- Administrative skills, including documentation, reporting, and office management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
