We are looking for an
HR Executive with experience in the US Healthcare / RCM industry to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare / RCM roles
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Support employee engagement and HR policies implementation
Requirements
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in US Healthcare / RCM industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
