They ensure legal compliance with labor laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and handle administrative duties such as maintaining employee records. WeCP WeCP 3 Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent, as well as onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, implementing disciplinary procedures, and managing employee engagement. Performance Management: Coordinating appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting career development. Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits like insurance. Policy & Compliance: Developing company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and ensuring workplace safety.
