We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Professional to join our team and contribute towards building strong people practices and an engaging work culture.
📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida
🏭 Factory Visits: Frequent visits to Tronica City required
💰 CTC: Up to 8–10 LPA
🏢 Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives
✅ Performance Management System (PMS)
✅ End-to-End Talent Acquisition
✅ Employee & Organization Branding
✅ Employee Engagement activities for White Collar & Blue Collar workforce
✅ Planning and maintaining engagement calendars
✅ Driving employee experience and HR initiatives
Desired Candidate:
✔ Experience in L&D, PMS, and Talent Acquisition
✔ Exposure to employee engagement and employer branding
✔ Manufacturing industry experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
