Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for an HR & Procurement Manager. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and basic HR compliance. The manager will also handle procurement activities such as vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and packaging. This position collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth, maintain a positive work environment, and optimize supply chain efficiency. The HR & Procurement Manager is expected to develop and implement policies, track HR and procurement metrics, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Human Resources skills, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Procurement and supply chain skills, such as vendor management, negotiation, purchase planning, and inventory coordination.
- Administrative and organizational skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and workflow optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage HR and procurement issues and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
