About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Placement Executive to manage student placement activities, build strong industry connections, and support overall placement operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to student engagement and employer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and manage student placement processes end-to-end.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry professionals.
● Source job opportunities and internship programs aligned with student profiles.
● Organize placement drives, interviews, and company engagement events.
● Assist students with resume building, mock interviews, and career counseling.
● Track placement statistics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
● Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters.
● Collaborate with training teams to align student readiness with market demand.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred).
● 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR coordination (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and placement tracking systems.
● Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
● Prior experience in an EdTech company or educational institute.
● Understanding of IT/non-IT industry requirements and hiring trends.
● Fluency in English and regional language (if required).
