Role Description
1. Pre- Post joining: On boarding formalities like HRIMS/Payroll Entries, Post Joining procedures
2. Employees life cycle Activities-Onboarding, Confirmations, Attendance Management, Record maintenance
3. Payroll Administration: Attendance, Leave Loan Advances Management & Salary & Benefits Processing, Employee Reimbursement, Payroll Auditing, Medical & Bonus, Post Increment Management
4. Compliance Management (PF, PT, ESIC etc)
5. Mediclaim management for all staff
6. Employee Grievance Handling, MIS Reporting
7. F&Fs Clearance, Exp Reliving Letters & related compliances
8. Employee Engagement
9. HR related work directed by the Management time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with sound knowledge of HR Process, Payroll Software and Statutory Compliances with Minimum 4 to 7 years of Real Estate Payroll administration, compliances and HR Management experience.
