*Position:** HR Operations Executive / HR Operations Specialist

Salary: Upto 15 lpa
Key Responsibilities- Handle employee onboarding to exit / retirement process.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, payroll records, and full-and-final process.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee files, and HR records.
- Support grievance documentation and employee query handling.
- Assist in employee engagement and training program coordination.
- Ensure HR process documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
Ideal Candidate- Experience in HR operations and payroll coordination.
- Strong documentation and employee records management.
- Good communication and grievance handling maturity.
- Comfortable with HRMS / Excel and structured HR processes.
- Process-oriented, confidential, and dependable.
