Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to join our Compliance Consulting Team. The role involves providing end-to-end advisory and execution support on payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour law adherence across India.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in payroll frameworks, labour legislation, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing aligned with statutory and client-specific norms.

Advise clients on compliance with key labour laws, including:

Provident Fund (PF)

Employee State Insurance (ESI)

Professional Tax (PT)

Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)

Shops and Establishment Act

Payment of Wages Act

Minimum Wages Act

Payment of Bonus Act

Payment of Gratuity Act

Conduct labour law compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.

File statutory returns and maintain proper documentation.

Liaise with government authorities and represent clients during inspections or hearings.

Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure client compliance.

Support in client onboarding, compliance setup, and documentation review.

Assist in drafting policies related to employee compensation and statutory benefits.

Resolve client queries regarding payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.
