Job Description:
The position will be based out of Azim Premji Foundation ,Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable people strategies, operating with high autonomy and accountability.
- Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor on people and organization decisions aligned to business priorities.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, and performance interventions to support scale and execution.
- Manage entire life cycle of an employee from onboarding to exit
- Drive talent and succession decisions for critical roles in partnership with business leaders
- Balance strategy with execution by independently driving high-priority HR initiatives end-to-end.
- Able to handle complex people matters working with the leaders, ensuring fair and business‑aligned outcomes.
Qualification and Experience
- 5 - 7 years of work experience
- Any post graduation ( Human Resource or Social Science preferred)
- Strong track record of strategic HR partnering at the business leadership level.
- Any experience in Health sector will be preferable

- Ability to work with various functions and foster teamwork

- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for reporting.

- Openness to travel as needed
