Geekynd is hiring an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale hiring systems, HR processes, reporting structures, and accountability frameworks in a fast-growing business environment.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities.
This role is for someone who understands startup execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can build structured HR and recruitment systems while maintaining speed, ownership, and discipline.
You will work closely with leadership and play a critical role in improving hiring quality, operational discipline, employee experience, and performance systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
• Build hiring pipelines and improve candidate quality
• Create structured assessments and screening processes
• Improve hiring speed without compromising quality
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Reduce poor hiring decisions through stronger evaluation frameworks
HR Operations & Systems
• Build and improve HR SOPs, workflows, and documentation systems
• Create reporting dashboards and HR performance trackers
• Improve onboarding and probation processes
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
• Maintain compliance and HR documentation
Performance & Accountability
• Build employee performance tracking systems
• Improve follow-ups and accountability mechanisms
• Support performance review processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve issues
• Drive ownership culture across teams
Leadership Reporting
• Prepare weekly hiring and HR reports
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and workforce metrics
• Share insights and recommendations with leadership
• Improve visibility into HR performance and hiring outcomes
Mandatory Experience Requirements
Please apply only if you have:
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
• Experience working in startups, agencies, outsourcing companies, BPOs, consulting firms, or fast-growing service businesses
• Experience building or improving HR systems and processes
• Strong reporting and documentation capability
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions
• Ability to work closely with founders or leadership teams
Candidates with only traditional corporate HR experience may not be the right fit.
