We’re Hiring – Immediate Joiner (Within 7 Days)

Associate Business Manager – HR Operations & MIS

📍 Mumbai (Onsite) | 🕒 2–3 Years Experience

We’re looking for a sharp HR Operations & MIS professional who can hit the ground running from Day 1.

This is not a passive role. You’ll be at the core of how our people processes run—owning data, driving accuracy, and enabling decisions through insights.

What You’ll Own

HR Operations

•End-to-end onboarding & documentation (no hand-holding)

•HRMS ownership – clean, accurate, always updated

•Attendance, leave, and lifecycle management

•Resolving employee & stakeholder queries with speed and clarity

•Ensuring compliance and process discipline

MIS & Insights

•Daily / weekly/monthly HR dashboards

•Tracking hiring, attrition, headcount—with insights, not just numbers

•Identifying trends and flagging risks proactively

•Ensuring data integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For

✔ 2–3 years in HR Ops + MIS (must-have)

✔ Strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas – non-negotiable)

✔ Experience with HRMS (Keka or similar)

✔ Someone who is fast, detail-obsessed, and reliable

✔ Strong ownership mindset – you don’t wait to be told
