About Us
Urban Raga is a fast-growing multi-centre music education company in Bangalore with 500+ students. We are building structured systems across operations, hiring, and student management.
Role Summery
This is not a routine HR internship.
You will work directly with the Founder to build HR systems from scratch, including hiring processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational tools.
Ideal for someone who wants real ownership and hands-on experience in building systems.
Key Responsibility
HR System Setup (Core Role)- Assist in implementing Zoho People
- Create:
- Onboarding
- Employee database
- Attendance tracking system
- Leave policies
- Basic HR workflows
- Organise employee documents (KYC, contracts)
Recruitment Support- Post jobs (Teachers, Admin roles)
- Screen candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment tracker
HR Operations- Assist in onboarding new hires
- Prepare offer letters & joining documents
- Track attendance & daily reports
- Maintain employee records
Process & Policy Setup- Help document SOPs
- Assist in creating HR policies
- Improve operational workflows
Who should apply?
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Graduates interested in HR
- Freshers welcome
- Strong in communication & organisation
- Comfortable with tools (Google Sheets, apps)
- Willing to take ownership and build systems
