Position: HR Operations Intern
Location: Girish, 1156, Shukrawar Peth, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job descriptions on hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and others.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers, organising data for easy access and reporting.
- Assist with pre-offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
- Help create and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, policies, and onboarding kits.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including welcome emails, checklists, and system access setup.
- Support HR-led LinkedIn content creation, such as hiring posts, team updates, and intern stories.
- Help build basic HR SOPs (standard operating procedures) and a culture handbook, including processes for data organisation and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Suggest fun engagement ideas to boost internal team culture and morale.
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR tools, office supplies, or compliance filings.
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, business administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ATS tools.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders (teams/managers) and external ones (candidates/platforms/vendors).
- Keen interest in recruitment processes, data management, operations, and creative HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with Pune's job market and platforms like LinkedIn/Naukri is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and suggest process improvements.
What We Offer
- Hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations and recruitment.
- Stipend: ₹7,000 - ₹8,500/month (based on experience).
- Certificate and LOR upon completion.
- This role has strong potential to convert to a full-time position upon successful performance.
- 6-month fixed-term contract (structured as 3 initial months + 3-month extension based on performance).
