‘Powering the world of good’ is how we best describe ourselves and are driven by this motto for every effort we put into our work at Goodera. Goodera is an employee volunteering, CSR, and ESG management company that enables corporations, non-profits, and employees across 90+ countries.
Goodera is the world’s largest corporate volunteering experience platform. Our goal is to make volunteering easy and fun for employees. Goodera’s hybrid and virtual volunteering opportunities enable employees to give back to their communities, bond with teammates and learn something new from the comfort of their homes.
Fundamentally, Goodera believes that every human being has the ability to change someone’s life. Channeling this belief into tangible efforts, Goodera was founded in 2014 to provide a trailblazing technology platform that can help organizations drive, communicate and measure the impact of their CSR, Sustainability, and Volunteering initiatives.
We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing global start-ups in the workplace social impact space. At a time when the world was scrambling in the new virtual ecosphere, Goodera became the world’s largest platform for virtual volunteering experiences and helped organizations engage their workforce through social good.
We are helping over 50k non-profits and 10 million beneficiaries by engaging with 300+ corporations and over 5 million employees in 100+ countries through volunteering services in a span of just two years! We are currently working with purpose-driven brands like Nike, Amazon, Warner Media, Airbnb in the Fortune 500 and SMBs.
We are a team of problem solvers and builders who are on a mission to revolutionize the way the world volunteers through technology.
