🎯 Role Overview

The HR Operations Executive will play a key role in managing recruitment operations, institutional collaborations, and team leadership. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, with responsibility for both individual performance and team outcomes.

You will lead a team of 20–25 members while ensuring performance targets, workshop execution, and institutional partnerships are achieved.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 20–25 interns/executives
  • Ensure each team member achieves at least 50% of assigned KPIs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and mentoring sessions
  • Submit weekly performance reports to management

2. Institutional Collaboration & MoUs

  • Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and institutes
  • Coordinate skill training programs and workshops
  • Maintain relationships with TPOs, faculty, and student bodies
  • Achieve measurable outcomes in MoUs and student engagement

3. Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring needs
  • Manage HR documentation and productivity tracking

4. Paid Skills Training Workshops

  • Organize minimum 5 paid workshops during the internship
  • Topics may include: Digital Marketing, HR, Web Development, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end execution (outreach → registration → delivery → reporting)

5. Self-Performance & Leadership Readiness

  • Demonstrate capability through:
  • Direct student enrollments OR
  • Institutional tie-ups
  • Establish credibility before leading team operations

6. Performance & Incentive Policy

  • Bonus applicable if team achieves 50%+ KPIs
  • Below 50% → Proportional deduction
  • Below 10% → No stipend/benefits


🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Preferred Batches: 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029

Educational Background:

  • BBA / MBA (HR / Operations / General)
  • B.Com / M.Com / PGDM
  • Any UG/PG with HR or leadership exposure


⭐ Preferred Experience

  • Placement cell / campus ambassador roles
  • Event management / student leadership
  • Recruitment / HR / coordination roles


💡 Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR & recruitment processes
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/tools
  • Strategic thinking & execution capability


🚀 Performance Expectations & PPO

  • Minimum 70% performance required for rewards eligibility
  • Mandatory completion of 5 paid workshops
  • Consistent performance required for PPO
