We are looking for a HR & Operations Executive Intern to join our team for a 5-month internship.
Location: Kharadi Pune
Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office)
Duration: 5 Months
Eligibility: Pune-based candidates only
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and HR operations
Support employee documentation and onboarding
Help maintain operational trackers and reports
Assist in basic accounts coordination and record keeping
Provide administrative and executive support
Requirements
Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / HR or related field
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
