Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
- Maintain HRMS, employee records, and ensure compliance.
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Oversee facility management including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, utilities, and services.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and operational MIS reports.
- Ensure proper upkeep of workplace infrastructure and employee amenities.
- Support employee coordination and on-ground operational requirements.
