Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Operations Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The HR Operations Executive will oversee daily HR processes including managing employee records, handling payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating recruitment activities. Additional responsibilities include conducting HR audits, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, and supporting staff with HR-related queries. The role requires ensuring adherence to company policies and assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR processes such as recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing
- Experience in payroll administration and compliance management
- Strong analytical, auditing, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information securely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools will be an added advantage
