๐งพ Role Summary
We are hiring a proactive
HR Operations Executive to manage core HR functions at our Green Park office. The role involves recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee query management, HR data handling, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced client environment.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and joining coordination
- Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Handle onboarding and induction activities for new joiners at the client location
- Address employee HR queries related to policies, benefits, and processes in a timely manner
- Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support HR operations initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
๐ง Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
๐ Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or contractual hiring
- Familiarity with HR tools and recruitment platforms
