Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support HR operational activities for the Australia region. The role primarily focuses on Background Verification (BGV), onboarding, documentation management, compliance coordination, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Background Verification (BGV)
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee background verification processes.
- Work on global BGV platforms such as HireRight and other verification tools.
- Follow up with candidates and vendors for pending documentation and verification updates.
- Ensure timely closure of BGV checks and maintain accurate records.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle onboarding formalities for new hires across the Australia region.
- Prepare and generate Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, NDA documents, and HR letters.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Offboarding & Exit Formalities
- Manage employee exit processes including resignation acceptance, clearance coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth completion of exit formalities and full & final process coordination.
- Conduct and maintain exit-related compliance documentation.
Visa & Compliance Coordination
- Support visa documentation and compliance-related activities for employees working in the Australia region.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for compliance checks and audit requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR compliance standards, and regional requirements.
HR Operations & Coordination
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, finance, and service delivery teams for employee
- lifecycle activities.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination roles.
- Experience working on BGV tools such as HireRight is preferred.
- Good understanding of onboarding, documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation management.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australia region operations.
