We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive who thrives on creating a vibrant workplace culture. This role is primarily focused on employee engagement initiatives, with additional responsibilities in HR operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and passionate about building connections across the organization.
Employee Engagement
- Conceptualize and execute engaging activities, events, and campaigns to boost employee morale and collaboration.
- Drive initiatives that foster recognition, inclusivity, and workplace fun.
- Plan festival celebrations, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate with vendors/freelancers for seamless execution of engagement events.
- Collect feedback, design surveys, and measure the effectiveness of engagement programs.
- Act as a culture champion, introducing gamification, digital engagement tools, and hybrid-friendly activities.
- Facilitate communication sessions, workshops, and creative campaigns to strengthen employee belongings.
HR Operations
- Support HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and support grievance handling.
Technical Skills
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee engagement.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and energetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in planning and executing engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Ability to analyse feedback and track engagement metrics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
