Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an HR Operations professional. The position involves managing and improving HR operations, crafting and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The incumbent will collaborate with teams to foster a positive workplace culture while supporting day-to-day human resources functions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Management, with a strong focus on improving systems and processes
- Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement and ensure compliance
- Experience handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
