Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations professional based in Hyderabad. The role includes managing HR operations, ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities. The professional will also collaborate with different teams to maintain efficient HR processes.
Qualifications
- HR Operations and HR Management skills
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
- Strong capabilities in managing Employee Relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proven experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in similar roles within the healthcare or IT industry is a plus
