- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling end-to-end processes, including onboarding (contracts, background checks) and offboarding (exit interviews, paperwork).
- HRIS and Data Administration: Maintaining employee records within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), generating reports, and ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring company adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, including filing necessary statutory reports.
- Process Improvement: Developing and optimizing HR workflows, documenting SOPs, and improving HR service efficiency.
- Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, disputes, and policy clarification.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Operations Specialist, Coordinator, or similar HR role.
- HRIS Proficiency: Experience with HR software (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, data privacy, and statutory regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze employee data to generate reports and insights.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for handling employee queries and partner management.
