Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Operations role based in Hyderabad. The HR Operations Specialist will manage and oversee various human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management processes, supporting employee relations initiatives, managing HR policies, and collaborating with leadership to improve workplace culture and efficiency. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions and employee support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) management processes
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and ability to address workplace concerns
- Solid understanding of HR Management practices and HR Policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
