We’re Hiring: HR Operations & Talent Executive
📍 Mumbai | In-Office | 0–2 Years Experience
AlphaZegus (AZ) is looking for a HR Operations & Talent Executive to support our hiring and HR operations as we continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys both recruitment and people operations, and wants hands-on exposure in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Post job openings across platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate trackers
- Support payroll processing and ensure employee records are updated
- Manage onboarding and exit documentation
- Maintain HR databases, leave records, and basic compliance documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR documentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
