Job details:
Technoculture Research is re-imagining how the world measures health. We build micro-scale electrochemical laboratories that place lab-grade accuracy directly in the hands of clinicians, community health workers, and even patients at home. Our platform fuses microfabricated electrodes, novel surface chemistries, and microfluidics to run protein, nucleic-acid, and metabolite assays within minutes. By replacing costly optical detection with electron sensing, we slash instrument and per-test costs by roughly an order of magnitude, making precision diagnostics truly accessible. Our mission is clear: make diagnostics abundant so that every critical health decision is guided by immediate, affordable results, wherever care happens.
The HR & Operations Associate will work as a trusted partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing the day-to-day operational and administrative rhythm of the organisation. This is not a routine administrative role, it is a high-visibility position that places you at the center of strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and leadership enablement. You will be the single point of coordination between the leadership office and the rest of the organisation, ensuring that priorities are tracked, communications are seamless, and nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate thinks ahead, communicates with clarity, handles pressure with composure, and takes ownership without being told.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support: Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team in managing day-to-day operational tasks and priorities. Assist leadership in executing organisational goals, tracking priorities, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. Prepare and organise materials, briefings, and action trackers to support leadership meetings and decisions.
- Communication: Draft, review, and manage high-quality email correspondence, official letters, and communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare polished reports, board presentations, meeting minutes, and internal memos. Maintain a structured documentation system for leadership decisions, project updates, and records.
- Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the leadership office, internal departments, and external partners. Coordinate across multi-functional teams to ensure timely completion of leadership-driven initiatives. Handle vendor coordination, partner communications, and regulatory or government-related correspondence.
- Project Tracking & Follow-Through: Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables and proactively follow up and flag risks to leadership. Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and progress logs for all active leadership priorities. Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation, reports, and authority presentations.
- Logistics & Operations: Organise domestic and outstation travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics for the leadership team. Manage procurement of office supplies, handle vendor relationships, and support onboarding processes. Maintain confidential organisational information, internal records, and sensitive data with full discretion.
