We’re Hiring: HR Operations Associate (1–2 Years Experience)
At Secure Mojo, we are building a consumer cybersecurity brand focused on helping individuals, founders, and professionals stay protected in the digital world. We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Operations Associate to join our growing team.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee documentation
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
- Coordinate recruitment schedules, interviews, and candidate communication
- Assist in payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Work closely with leadership on operational and people initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration and workflow management
✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
- Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with HR tools, Google Workspace, Excel, or HRMS platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
