Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our team! If you’re passionate about HR processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Execute seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy
- Handle employee records, personal files, and documentation audits
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements
- Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and regular reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery
- Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations
- Work extensively on HR systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred)
- Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
✅ Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or related field, BSc (Maths, Stats), BE (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics).
- 5–7 years of relevant HR operations experience
- Hands-on experience in HRMS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
