About the Role
Careerist is looking for smart, proactive, and detail-oriented freshers who are interested in building a career in HR, recruitment, and talent operations.
As an HR Operations Associate, you will support the recruitment and job search process by researching job opportunities, identifying recruiters and hiring managers, and managing job applications for clients.
This role is ideal for candidates who are internet-savvy, organized, and eager to learn modern hiring and recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply to relevant jobs on behalf of clients through job portals and company career pages
- Research and identify recruiters, hiring managers, and key decision-makers
- Find recruiter and hiring manager email IDs using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Maintain and update job application trackers and databases
- Source relevant job opportunities based on client profiles
- Support LinkedIn outreach and networking activities
- Coordinate with managers regarding daily targets and tasks
- Ensure accuracy while handling application and candidate data
- Prepare reports and update progress regularly
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager
Skills Required
- Good English communication skills
- Strong internet research skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and job portals
- Good attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
