· End-to-end onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees on their first day, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
· Communication skills: Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with new hires, addressing their queries and providing necessary information
· Excel and data analysis: Use MS Excel for data analysis to track onboarding metrics and improve processes
· Pre-requisites preparation: Prepare all necessary pre-requisites for onboarding candidates, including documentation and system setup
· Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams to finalize joining formalities in the system, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
· Direct interaction: Engage directly with employees, demonstrating strong people skills to foster positive relationships and address any concerns.
· Change initiatives: Lead efforts in implementing change initiatives related to company culture, performance, and policies, driving continuous improvement in the onboarding process.
Qualifications
• Minimum qualification - Graduation (MBA preferred)
• 1-2 years of onboarding experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
· Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE especially in MS Excel
· Ability to analyze multi-dimensional data
· Excellent communication skills
