About Position:
The role involves managing end-to‑end HR Operations for the North America region, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes and compliance with regional requirements. Key responsibilities include handling the joining and orientation process, managing separations, maintaining leave and attendance records, and supporting payroll activities. The role also requires ensuring adherence to USA-specific HR and statutory compliances, while delivering accurate and timely operational support to employees and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Experience in handling HR Operations for the North America region which includes:
- Joining and orientation process
- Separation process
- Leave and attendance management
- Payroll processing
- USA compliance
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Should have worked on employee life cycle activities
- Should be ready to work in night shift – PST shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST
- Eligible for night shift allowance
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS excel - Hlookup, vlookup, etc..
