Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Career Management System Specialist. The role includes guiding individuals in their career development, providing personalized career counseling, and creating strategies to nurture professional growth. The Specialist will work directly with clients to understand their aspirations, analyze career opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service and refining processes to enhance the career management experience.
