Job Title: Hr operation /Generalist

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle core HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, and compliance.
Key Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit)
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
key Requirements:
Graduate in HR or related field
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
Good knowledge of HR operations and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in manufacturing/production industry preferred
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
