Job details:
- Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Overseeing employee training and development
- Managing employee benefits and compensation
- Handling employee relations, payroll and HR administration
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date
- Supporting in performance management processes
- Assisting with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office application
Note : Candidate needs to be come in Shift ( 3 Rotational shifts)
