Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR & Marketing Trainee role based in Chennai. The trainee will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and basic HR policy implementation. The role will also include helping manage personnel records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating employee benefits-related communication under guidance from senior team members. On the marketing side, the trainee will assist in creating and updating marketing materials, supporting social media and outreach campaigns, and coordinating with academic and industry partners for events and collaborations. The position offers hands-on exposure to both HR and marketing functions within a fast-paced aerospace startup environment, with opportunities to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess core competencies in Personnel Management and employee record handling.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in HR, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess an interest in aerospace, deep-tech startups, and learning cross-functional HR and marketing practices.
Must-Have
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience and prior internship experience in HR, Marketing, Recruitment, or a related field. Basic knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management is required, along with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills. Candidates should be comfortable with MS Office and digital collaboration tools, willing to learn, and interested in aerospace, deep-tech startups, and cross-functional HR & Marketing activities.
