Role Description
This is a full-time, remote internship role for HR and Marketing Interns at DY Patil University. Interns will engage in day-to-day responsibilities related to human resource management, including designing and implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management processes, and ensuring effective employee benefit programs. Additionally, the role involves contributing to HR marketing strategies, coordinating activities to enhance employer branding, and supporting recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and best practices in Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, remote team environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in using digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, HR software, and marketing platforms
- Passion for learning and contributing to HR and marketing strategies at a reputable institution
