Role Description The HR Marketing Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting HR and employer branding initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with drafting and posting job descriptions, coordinating applicant communication, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves helping to promote the company’s culture and career opportunities through social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication channels. The intern will collaborate with HR and marketing team members on employee engagement activities, support documentation of HR policies and processes, and contribute to reports and presentations related to recruitment and retention.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, or willingness to learn these areas.
- Ability to support Personnel Management tasks such as maintaining records and coordinating communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in employer branding, social media, and basic digital marketing for recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
