We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Marketing professional who will be responsible for driving and managing our external training programs delivered by internal trainers at various corporate offices and educational institutions.
This is a full-time onsite role based at our office in Mohan Estate, South Delhi. The role involves client outreach, training logistics, scheduling, and coordination between our trainers and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach corporate clients & colleges for training/ Workshop opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, L&D heads, and placement cells.
- Understand client training needs and suggest suitable training solutions.
- Coordinate with internal trainers to plan customized training modules.
- Schedule and manage end-to-end logistics for onsite/offsite training sessions.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and resolve real-time issues.
- Collect feedback from clients and participants post-training.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, schedules, and client communications.
- Follow up for repeat business and strengthen client partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred in Marketing/Corporate Relations.
