Roles & Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment:
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
· Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
· Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
HR Operations (End-to-End):
· Manage complete employee lifecycle: joining to exit
· Manage and oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement.
· Conduct compensation benchmarking and market salary analysis.
· Support performance review cycles and annual appraisal processes.
· Develop and streamline HR policies and SOPs.
· Day to day HR Operations
Process Management & Organizational Effectiveness:
· Design and implement HR process flows and process mapping.
· Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor HR metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.
Performance & Employee Management:
· Manage and implement Performance Management System (PMS).
· Handle employee grievance and crisis management situations with sensitivity and compliance.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
· Lead and mentor recruitment and HR operations teams(Team of 4-5 member).
· Partner with Finance, Legal, and Business Heads.
· Present HR analytics and workforce reports to senior management.
Skills Required:
. Total of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is requried.
· HR Operations – Onboarding & Lifecycle Management & HR Process Flows & Process Mapping
· Strong process orientation with the ability to design, implement, and improve HR processes
· Hands in Experience with HR Systems/HRMS Tool
· Performance Management System (PMS) &Employee Crisis Management
· Joining & Exit Formalities & Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Knowledge
· Compensation & Salary Benchmarking, Payroll Management
· Capability Mapping & Workforce Planning & End-to-End Recruitment
. Added Advantage: Manage end-to-end sourcing and hiring for Middle East country (Eg: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain)
