The company operates manufacturing plants with structured systems, statutory compliance requirements, and continuous workforce engagement—making this role operationally meaningful rather than administrative.

This position offers strong exposure to plant-level HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement in a regulated, listed-company environment.

Key Requirements

• 5–6 years of mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience in fulfilling plant-level and shop-floor vacancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
• Hands-on payroll management experience; must have independently managed payroll in the past.
• Thorough knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances applicable to factories and offices.
• Strong working knowledge of PF, ESI, and allied labour legislations.
• Prior experience in employee engagement initiatives (not just policy drafting).
• Listed company compliance exposure will be a distinct added advantage.
