What you'll own- Run a smooth, delightful onboarding experience — from offer letters to swag boxes to day-1 readiness
- Be the go-to person for all things employee experience — health insurance, payroll, reimbursements, compliance
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s with team members and help them grow through peer connections and manager alignment
- Plan quarterly off-sites, team events, and those little moments (gifts, milestones) that make people feel seen
- Build people processes from scratch as we scale from 60 → 100+ — structured, but human
You'll thrive here if you- Have 3+ years in an HR/People role at a startup (50+ headcount)
- Love turning ambiguity into clarity — building systems without losing the soul
- Are equal parts empathetic and execution-focused
