🏠 Must reside in Tarapur (Boisar)
🔞 Age: 30–40 yrs
📌 Mandatory Requirements
- Prior HR experience in School/College
- Strong knowledge of PF, PT, Labour Laws
- Complete understanding of School HR processes
- Familiarity with latest POCSO rules
- Hands on with HR modules/software
📌 Preferred Profile
- Experience in CBSE school HR
- Already residing/working in Tarapur
