Manager oversees the employee lifecycle and directs all human resources functions. They partner with company leadership to strategize hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and labor compliance. They act as the vital bridge between a company's management and its workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate disputes, and manage grievance resolution.Performance & Development: Administer performance appraisal systems, analyze training needs, and build employee development programs.Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness.Policy & Compliance: Ensure all company policies adhere to local, state, and national labor laws, and maintain employee records.HR Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making around retention, employee engagement, and organizational growth.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.Certifications: Certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and a strong understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
