Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Manager for our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR administration for the plant.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
• Support management in building a productive and positive work environment
Requirements
• 7–15 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
Compensation
Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
