Job Opening: HR Manager (India & Europe Operations)
Global Wealth Management is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our dual-market operations. This role is central to our "Partner-led" delivery model, ensuring our teams in both India and Europe are supported by robust HR infrastructure and seamless operational workflows.
The Role
As our HR Manager, you will bridge the gap between our strategic goals and our talented workforce. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and the complexities of cross-border human resources.
Key Activities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the hiring process for diverse roles across India and Europe, from sourcing to final onboarding.
* Payroll Management: Overseeing timely and accurate payroll processing for both domestic and international team members.
* International Taxation Compliance: Ensuring all compensation structures adhere to the tax laws of both India and relevant European jurisdictions.
* Operational Oversight: Managing daily HR operations and streamlining internal workflows to maintain high efficiency.
* Performance Management: Implementing governance frameworks to track team productivity and professional development.
* Contractor & Vendor Relations: Handling the engagement and administration of independent contractors and external partners.
* Policy Development: Drafting and maintaining HR policies that align with local labor laws and our company’s professional standards.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR management or generalist role.
* Knowledge: Proven understanding of international HR practices, specifically within the EU-India business corridor.
* Taxation: Familiarity with cross-border taxation and compliance requirements.
* Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, capable of liaising with global stakeholders.
