๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ-
1. IT Recruitment & Onboarding
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating technical interviews, and offer rollouts.
-Work closely with technical hiring managers to understand role requirements such as developers, database administrators, infrastructure engineers, DevOps engineers, and other IT roles.
-Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
-Coordinate technical interview rounds and ensure timely candidate feedback.
-Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding for IT team members.
2. HR Operations
-Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
-Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
-Support monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, variable components, and reimbursements.
-Ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle processes.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
-Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs.
-Organize recognition & reward (R&R) initiatives to boost team morale.
-Conduct regular employee connect sessions, feedback surveys, and engagement programs especially for IT teams working on projects.
4. Performance Management
-Support goal setting, KPI tracking, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes.
-Coordinate with team leads and department heads for timely performance evaluations.
-Maintain proper appraisal documentation and HR records.
5. Policy, Compliance & HR Governance
-Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations including PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
-Assist in HR audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
-Implement HR policies aligned with IT industry best practices.
6. Exit Management & Workforce Insights
-Manage the complete exit process including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, clearance process, and full & final settlements.
-Analyze attrition trends and employee feedback to improve retention strategies.
-Provide insights and HR reports to management.

-Experience in IT recruitment and hiring technical talent.
-Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, ATS systems, and HR reporting.
-Ability to manage confidential information and multiple hiring mandates.
-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

-Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
-MBA / PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
