Key Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Onboarding and Training: Develop, implement, and oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Compliance and Policies: Develop and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and improving morale. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on constructive feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or similar role. Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR functions, including labor laws, payroll, and benefits. Communication: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Technology: Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (often required).
